i needed a new phone. found one on the website but not in stock in Alta. so i called power and was told to reserve the item in the website, then go by power Alta the day after and have them contact the other power store to get it shipped here, and so i did. But because it was Saturday i send an email to the store with the phone to extend the reservation as its only 24h by default. Monday when i went to power Alta there was some problem cause the other store was a franchise store, but they were going to call them to get it solved then call me, the day after i was by power Alta. Mid day the day after i had not heard anything so i send another email to the other power store to ask if they where able to contact Alta if they did not call, as i live outside the city and its a drag to travel to the store just to remind them to call. I had previously been in contact with this store on the email, but after this they stopped answering my emails. so that night i called power again to get this solved, they could not do anything for me except tell me my reservation was registered in the system. So i asked for the number to the local store but that was not possible, the only thing he could do was send a message to the store to contact me with an update so i knew if the phone was coming, or if i had to go to another store to get a new phone. This was 2days ago and i still had no word from either party, so i guess i will be going to someone else. conclusion, if you need one of the few select items this store stocks then they might be as good as any other local store. But if you need anything they don't stock locally, your probably better off with someone else.
