They denied help on my dying dog even though I’ve been a client for years , they were on emergency night shift and they told in 5 total phone calls that they cannot do anything and I should call in the morning , (clearly just woke up when I called )meanwhile the dog had more seizures lost his eyesight and soiled himself and thank god we found another vet from a different company ended my best friends misery . The vet is lying by saying that the phone had no battery but I have all the calls registered , we spoke for 11 minutes In total in 5 phone calls he denied helping us They do have some amazing staff but they also have some rotten apples If you love your little friends avoid them at all costs, I have all the proof available to anyone who might need it

All the veterinarians and assist are really kind with our animals and with us, and the most important that's they have good knowledge. We are so grateful, one of our cats is was very sick....and Eivind does his best and he has a new life. This week again, they was treated our other cat and he is so happy now. I had to travel from Oslo in these corona times to comfort my friend that saw his doggo best friend suffer because of the inaction of one of the vets in this clinic. Although they were on “emergency duty”, they refused to help Speedy and relief him from his pain. Unacceptable, if you cherish your little best friend think twice before you use them.

Just such a great Animal Hospital with at least 2 small animals/Exotics specialists. I genuinely will not go anywhere else for the treatment of my beloved little guys. Cannot recommend them enough. BATPIG approved!

HORRIBLE!! VELDIG DÅRLIG!! I went with my dog \u200b\u200bvery very sick and they told me that “they could not attend me because the veterinarian was sick and there was only 1 person,” excuse me ? It was an EMERGENCY Very very sad how the people can be
