This place is mostly designed for school groups and that shows. The exhibits themselves are a little underwhelming - basically slices of the undersea life on the fjords, with all its silt and detritus of shells. Stare long enough and you will discover some hidden critters. Outside, they have flow tanks, a wonderful touch pool embedded in the dock, and a section of dock with nets to pull up and ropes full of mussels. I'm sure you can see done nice bioluminescent displays here too. Finally, admission comes with use of their rowboats or canoes - a nice chance to do a little exploring of Esefjord.

Really cute little aquarium. They don’t have a lot of jaw-dropping exhibits as it’s a small town, but it’s cool to go see the local fish and wildlife. It’s 75 NOK and they throw in an hour canoe/rowboat rental with your ticket which makes it totally worth it!

Meget dårlig vedlikehold, skitne akvarium, alt for liten plass for fiskene å svømme. Utrolig synd på dyrene som er der!!!
Akvariet var lite å skryte av. Noen av enkeltakvariene hadde lite liv, og enkelte av de beskrevne artene var det ikke mulig å få øye på. Prisen som står på hjemmesiden, på kr 70 per voksen gjelder ikke lenger. Prisen nå er kr 80. Én stjerne i pluss for utstillingen av tresnitt og utlån av robåter og kanoer.
Rotete servitører. Visste ikke hvor eller hvem eller hva vi hadde bestillt. Maten var sånn midt på tre. Fiskesuppen var tynnflytende tomatisert m/oliven og dill med noen fiskebiter. Litt skuff. Nydelig beliggenhet og atmosfære og fikk en stjerne for dette.
C'est un tout petit aquarium, 35k par enfants le double par adulte. Donc une attraction pour enfants avec 2 films et une expo à la fin. Si vous pouvez laisser vos enfants y aller seuls n'hésitez pas. En tant que parents vous aller vous ennuyer. Sauf si vous lisez le norvégiens, dans ce cas il y a pas mal d'informations sur le fjord.
Nic specjalnego, jechaliśmy tam godzinę a ekspozycję oglądaliśmy 10 minut.
