After an hiccup with the bus departuretime, Go Fjords really came through and by ways of determination and excellent service, turned what would have been a horrible experience into a great day. Looking forward to my next adventure with the company.

Go Fjords recognised the COVID-19 impact on my travel restrictions and proactively (without my asking) refunded my booked tour to Voringfossen. This is exemplary and I certainly will book with them again should the opportunity arise after all this craziness. They always responded in a timely and professional manner when I needed to contact them early on in the booking process All the best with your business GoFjords, you are a very ethical company. GoFjords has a payment website that doesn't accept American Visa cards. After multiple attempts to use their verification program I booked a ferry ticket with another operator. When I got to wifi and saw that I had been charged, I contacted Go Fjords for a refund, but they refused to give it to me, even though they could see the ticket hadn't been used. Also, the alternate ticket I bought was about 1/3 of the price of the one they charged me for. If you want good customer service, use a different operator, and if you want good prices... use a different operator.

Very disappointed at Preikestolen today. Waited 90 minutes for bus but there was chaos when the bus arrived. The 'first come first served' policy clearly does not work because of where the bus stops. The queue is on the wrong side for the bus door. There were lots of angry passengers like us who didn't get a seat because of the chaos when people pushed in. More buses and better organisation would help prevent this. Preikestolen itself was excellent, but considering the price of the package we were left disappointed by the Go Fjords service.

“Discover idyllic Skjerjehamn tour” - my advice is, don’t bother. Horrendously overpriced cost for a ferry trip to a virtually desolate island and a measly waffle. It is offensive that you would even offer this as a “tour” but my guess is that you have identified that tourists with a free afternoon who approach you wanting to do something interesting, will willingly do this tour as you suggest. Shame on you.

Have used Go Fjords services to reach Preikestolen. While the prices are cheap, still i would expect better service logistics just because it is Norway and therefore there are some service standards to maintain. The fact that you don't get a guaranteed spot on a bus creates an unhealthy atmosphere among the crowds of tourists who start to compete with and push each other to be the first. The bus driver behaved like a sheep shepherd trying to quite roughly impose some discpline over this chaos (which is understandable). However, if i knew that this is going to be the situation i would not have used these service. I did not come to Norway to compete over a bus spot. Please reconsider your booking logistics.

I recommend the bus and boat trip trip to Flåm with GoFjords. I took the trip with my family in July and we really enjoyed it. We took the bus from Bergen in the morning, spend some hours in Flåm and in the afternoon continued back to Bergen with a speed boat. The bus drive was spectacular, and I saw several beautiful spots I really need to explore more another time. But especially when the view to Sognefjord opened , we were all speechless. Flåm is a small village with beautiful views. There are nice walks, biking routes, and of course the famous railway up the mountains. We wanted to do a walk with my son, and found a nice spot with horses and sheep, and amazing view. We also ate in the village. The boat left punctually and we got nice seats close to the window. This trip is one of the most beautiful ones I have done in Norway. The fjords, villages and blue waters on a sunny day were just perfect. My son enjoyed the trip, they had a play area with toys on the boat. There was a guiding in English and Norwegian during the boat trip. We were very lucky with the weather. Both the bus and the boat had plenty of room, everything worked very well. Thank you GoFjords and looking forward to take a trip with you again!

Today presented an rewarding opportunity to experience Norway's longest and deepest fjord, Sognefjord, via a boat cruise to the small farming village of Vik. After a breathtaking voyage up the fjord to Vik our group met our guide Jon, who lives and works in Vik. Extremely well versed in the history of the area, Jon welcomed questions and shared stories about life in Vik. After a delicious buffet lunch we mingled with others in the group before touring the village and surrounding area on our own. After lunch Jon showed us the Hove Stone Church and shared its fascinating history. Good fortune presented itself when a delivery person happened by and we were able to enter the church. At Hopperstad Stave Church, the oldest such church in the area, we were met by another guide who described its history and construction. We returned to Bergen by bus and were treated to a spectacular view of Tvindefossen Waterfall. This trip was exceptionally well organized and our knowledgeable guides helped provide an unforgettable trip.
