I usually don't review but this time I am really disappointed! If they see that you are a tourist they offer the worst rate that they can imagine, not the best way to experience the Norwegian culture, I am wondered why the police or other institutions do nothing with this cheaters
Terrible ripoff rate. 15% premium from spot. Go down the street to Forex Bank for much better rate despite their 50kr commission. They exchanged 850kr for 100 euros. I got 925kr at Forex Bank.
I send money several times, but last time I have a very bad experience in Ria Torget. The man named Ahmed M is not professional. he behave very bad with me. I was waiting more than 20 minute with a token and when my terms come, he dont take me, because his friend come and he talk with them more than 30 minute. than he take me and I wanted send money for two people, and he send me to take token again. Anyways, I had a very bad experience with him. he talk with me very badly.
Dishonest. If they see you are tourists, they’ll give you a terribly bad exchange rate which is a way below the bank rate. (They gave us a rate of 8 from euro to nok)
I exchanged 200 into NOK. The exchange rate here was lower than spot rate (i.e. the current currency exchange rate). I should have gotto en about 2100 in NOK. But, I only got 1860 in NOK and they charged additional commission fee. Almost 30 was lost in the exchange of the curreny here. I don't recommed here for the exchange. If you exchange here, I recommend you to check the exchange rate in advance!!
