I see multiple negative reviews and I was worried about coming here. The bad: you need an appointment to even get in and you *must* wear a mouthmask continually. Even taking it off when far away even to let your nose out is frowned upon by the security guard who continually monitors people. On the other hand, with correctly filled out paperwork as per the requirements I was able to get my registreringsbevis. Although the lady was quite annoyed by the fact some of my documents were months old.... which is logical when appointments get cancelled twice and you end up DRIVING to another city 4 hours away just to get a registration done months earlier than otherwise possible. However, I did also get good advice regarding the next steps along with the downsides/upsides carefully weighted out against one another given the current Corona situation. This is more than I expected, and I am quite grateful to the Tax Office for this service. Can't give it a high rating, given the incredibly annoying experience... but it was much, much better than I hoped it would be. I half expected total failure despite my extreme commitment to having everything properly in order.

Many many cordial thanks to Martha who helped to our family to pass through this bureaucratic machine. She kindly and patiently explained to us what we did wrongly, and we are all finally registered! It took only three attempts :)

How come they don’t have a phone number... it’s impossible to get in touch. How is it possible for public service in 21 century to be like that
