Beautiful place that also operates a lunch menu from 11am-4pm (including omelettes). We were planning on going here for food after an overnight hike with our tent, but we ended up coming in too early (breakfast was still going) and only had a coffee.

You can camp there and use their showers and wc for 90 NOK per night. Beautiful view, hikes to the mountain peaks and snow even in the middle of summer. Beautiful place.

Stunning setting with 360-degree views of soaring mountains! Lobby area feels fresh and light. Stairwell to women's shower from 2nd floor to 1st is terrifying. The women's shower needs a bench, a place to set down toiletries, and a hair dryer.

This place is a must if you're an avid hiker.

Loved the accommodations and staff. Very helpful with our injured trekking friend. Come hungry if you plan on dining here, the meals are huge! Dining room is a bit noisy compared to Spiterstulen because of the wood paneling and lower roof, but that's just a small sidenote. Recommend!

Nice starting point for several hiking tours and located at a beautiful spots in the mountains. We were here two times, this year and 2016 and since last time the camping price went up from 60 NOK to 90 NOK per night (person). While this includes hot showers and the ability to spend time in the bar, we found 90 NOK just to set up a tent near the hotel to be very expensive. It's as much as we paid for some small huts on camping grounds elsewhere in Norway. If money isn't your concern its a wonderful place, but if you are on a tight budget, you should think twice about camping here or instead camping a kilometer away in the wild.
