Last minute booking for two nights in Trondheim and found this very reasonably price hotel very close to the sentrum and wasn't expecting a lot. But it did exceeded all our expectations. Here are some plus and minus points on the place Very good price Got a superior double room for our family (2 kids, 2 adults) at the corner which was super spacious Clean rooms with small kitchen area Washing/dryer facility for free on 4th floor Very centrally located close to all attractions and restaurants in the area - Parking could be expensive (but free street parking from 8pm to 8 am in front of the hotel). Sentralbadet P-hus is the closet parking house for long term parking which is cheaper than street parking. - No breakfast (though many restaurants in close proximity)

Perfect location. Just outside the door and your in the middle of 'midtbyen' (middle town), with 2 minutes away from the town square and all in within reach. Hotel was budget, clean and just what we needed since we were out-and-about all day long.
Helpful staff, excellent location and lots of facilities like kitchen and laundry room, both free to use. Laundry room is limited to on washing machine and one drier, so you'll have to wait for your turn. Good value for money overall.
Use usually this hotel for my work stay in Trondheim .. it’s good placed nær to Trondheim big square /shopping center .. there is a good big kitchen for guests, with almost all what u’ll need to make a real Nice warm meal / coffe etc. 1 microwave , 2 dishwacher , 2 oven , 1 refrigator. I used to take Rooms in 2 nd floor ( in norway 1st floor is actually 0 ) .. rooms in the inside of bulding , close to kitchen, they are nice & quite sound isolated . Last time i got a room in the 4th just in front of the eleveator ( I think 407) .. that was bad choice .. I could hear the guest every time they come out of elevator . But to be honest , in general it’s ok (for my personal standard) hotel with very good kitchen facility. And u got a 15% discount coupon for bakery in the corner :-)
It was the cheapest on the market, so my expetations were met. Beware that the room I had (3 people in the top floor) did not have any aircondition. Note: This is not usually a problem in cold Norway where you can just open the windows, but in the summer, we almost choked in our own sweat. Beware parking, as there is no parking that comes with it, but you have the option to find a parking house somewhere in the vicinity. Beware the breakfast, as there is no physical breakfast included, but rather a 15% discount card you get on the bakery next door. It should be noted that that bakery is of high quality and expensive as hell, so you still end up paying 150kr (15Euro, 15 Dollars) for a cup of coffee and a sandwich. That being said, It still met my expectations due to the price and I was very happy with it being so central.
Quiet and clean in the centre of the town. Close to the local attractions. Just bed and a kitchen where you can prepare a small meal.
