A very nice place, ideally located next the river Glomma with good views and close to the Skogbruksmuseet (Norwegian Forestry Museum). It is close to downtown Elverum. Very clean and well maintained campsite with free wifi and a friendly staff. Nice place to relax for kids and adults, possibility of swimming in the river. The campsite has a range of cabins, stayed in a recently built cabin / bungalow with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, has patio overlooking the river.

We stayed one night on our motor bike trip. Very beautiful camping, where you could find a spot for your tent just by the river. Very clean and great service house. Shower was included in the fee.
Clean and well maintained camp. The owner was friendly. Showers electricity and water is included. We could hear a lot of shooting and helicopter noise through the day from the nearby shooting range and military base. The fishing in the glomma is for free in this area. Just next to elverum camping is the norwegian forest museum, wich is pretty cool to spend a few hours in.
Tranquil. Mainly filled with Norwegians. Superb friendly owner. Thai truck stop on premises very good. Free showers and all the necessities. Great for kids

Nice campsite with very friendly staff. The modern toilet and shower building is very nice and.....very important, clean. The campsites has some pitches on grass fields around the toilet and shower building and some very nice pitches down at the river bank. We stayed here one night but it could easily have been more.
Very pleasant campsite which I can only recommend. Good wifi, great spot along the river, good (and free) sanitary provisions and friendly owner. Price is just fine at 100 NOK for one tent and a bicycle. Saw some beavers from the place where I perched my tent.
