We were really satistied with the quality of the food, the service, and the interior of the restaurant. We were 2 adults who ordered menu of the day for 350kr (between 4pm - pm) and our kids got child portion for a really delicious beef steak. We celebrated our special day for the dinner and came to our suprise we got extra drinks and the staff congratulated us! Thank you so much for really wonderful evening at your restaurant. Highly recommended!
Good atmosphere but took some time to get the food.
Excellent. We were looking for a choosy restaurant to celebrate the birthday of my wife. We found the perfect spot in Emilies Eld, with a table close to the open kitchen; our daughter was curious about it and the staff explained everything we asked for. 3 courses and wine were an exceptional choice. If we come back to Trondheim we will definitely pass by.
Stylish and cosy interior, good service and very testy dishes.
First time I was there, and the feeling you get when you enter is that you are at a nice restaurant and that they will take care of you. There was one problem though... The waitress was kind of rude, or oblivious to the service-industry... When she asked if I wanted coffee after the meal, I said yes, but she didn't hear me.. so when she came back I asked if I could get a cup of coffee, she they proceeded to argue I should have said that when she first asked (she literally asked and left within 2 seconds).. The food was amazing... (Except that they had issues with cooking the steak to the desired level of medium through out. It was raw at one end and medium on the other. This wasn't only mine, my girlfriend's was the same) All in all a good meal, with som issues.

Excellent, but not entirely top of the top. Service is perfect, perhaps slightly impersonal (which you may or may not prefer). The food is great, with large portions. The 5-course menu was almost hard to finish. The wine selections are excellent - tons of value.
