Have a small Café and some tables and benches during summer beside the lake.

Lovely museum, the booms are easily accessible and gives an unique view of Glomma and it's surrounding. The nearby nature visitation center was wonderful and we'll worth a visit.

If you are brave I would recommend you to walk at the floating timber that is connected with ropes. It is the old place where they used to float down the timber on the old fashioned place. Very nice place at Glomna

This tiny museum is fascinating. In fact the whole area is. The delta wetland was formed where several rivers converge. It was the nexus of a timber industry, when men would ride logs rafts floated down the rivers. Despite being so close to Oslo, the wetlands harbour a wealth of wildlife. As well as the many waterfowl, the area is known for its beavers and the elusive lynx. Enjoy walking on the floating structures, which takes some skill! Great place for photos if you are a camara buff.

It's a very nice museum, which gives you å real sense of how they organised the log floating.
