Sarah and Eline were the best! I was impressed with the organization of the tour and the patience of the guides. It was fun to learn about the history of the fjord and fun legends. Such a beautiful place and such a fun activity! I would totally do it again!

Me and a friend visited Norway and also did a kayak tour. We made a reservation in advance for a 3 day kayak tour (no guide) from Flåm to Gudvangen. We were both quite inexperienced with wild camping, packing well, kayaking etc.. Nevertheless we got great help from Njord at how to pack our kayak and how to search a good place to camp. (We were helped to get ready for our trip approximately 3-4 hours or so, very nice) It was an amazing trip with superb views, we had an amazing time. However on day one I found out that I lost my wallet.. We called Njord and they would look the following day. No wallet was found, but since we are here without parents etc. we could not really do anything. When we were picked up in Gudvangen we spoke to Eirin and Frida (who were picking us up) running the Kayak Centre that day. They said we had to check our bags and look for it a bit more, but we found no wallet. After calling their boss they got permission that our parents would book a trip at Njord, and they would give us the money in cash. This way we could leave Flåm, buy food and continue our journey. Frida and Eirin spent a big amount of their evening to make sure we would return safely, and we are still thankful for their help. So in a nutshell, we are two amazingly helped visitors that had a beautiful trip around the fjords. Thanks to Njord!

We did the Old Kings Path Tour, and had a great time. Our guide, Gosia, was perfect. It is her first season here, but it seems like she is a local. She told us many interesting stories about the place. Safety is taken very seriously. Kayaking gives us a unique view of the beautiful fjord, and the short walk to a cascade is very nice. I highly recommend this tour

Fantastic place for a quick sea kayak paddle. Our guide Ervin (owner) was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and specifics (incl WW2 diveable shipwreck Begonia). Highly recommend doing this.

If you have just two nights to spend at Flam like i had, then kayaking is a must-do activity! I did it and absolutely loved it! No prior kayaking experience needed. Here are a few things to note: They have many tours of different lengths of time, days even. Some involve hiking too. I took the Fjord Paddle (3hrs) tour. The guides were friendly and professional. Out of the 3 hours we spend about 1 hr training. (the site mentions 30 mins, but it took 1 hr!). You will have to wear a wet suit, a water proof jacket (if you are cold), and a life jacket. They will provide you with all these. NOTE: There is no changing room :( The shy ones will have difficulty! There's just a curtain behind and doesn't serve the purpose. They have waterproof bags to store your important stuff and a waterproof box to store your mobile! The actual kayaking time seems lesser. We started at 12 PM and were back by 3. As it was a guided tour, we had double kayaks. We had strong winds sometimes, and a lot of waves, especially when a boat went by! This part was the most fun! :) The view was just amazing, just being in the water in the valley, blue skies, green mountains, dark blue water, a cold wind, is an experience one can't miss!

We had a great time under the instruction of our guide Ervin. They were well equipped with gear I wasn't expecting, i.e. dry bags and even small pelican cases for cameras and phones. The trip was educational, our favorite story was about the Begonia sunken in the fjord. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
