I agree with earlier reviews: avoid this company at all costs. If you're a Commune, DO NOT give them a monopoly like ours foolishly did. To reconnect a BUSINESS fibre internet service recently disconnected (ie. plug in two cables at the local hub) we were promised \u003c4 weeks but we ended up waiting 88 days — for one reason only: they're too focussed on profits to send their technician to a rural area, and they have a monopoly. In my home country discrimination against people living in more remote regions would mean a large penalty for GlobalConnect, since it discourages people from setting up businesses in the countryside. (and please, stop replying to bad reviews by saying \please call 08150 and we'll see what we can do\. Your computer system will tell you exactly who has been waiting months for a connection, and you know what you need to do.)

Not good service, they answer the phones until you make the deal after...… They promise quick internet delivery , 4 til 5 weeks and later Im getting a email that the internet will be connect after 4 months....

Very bad customer service , they make an appointment with me to set up network, but no one came, I contact them many times, they just tell you waiting all the time, and said if you do not wait, They will not be sure when they can come back to set up the network, so make me wait a whole day, I was very angry and talking with them, so they said they will come after one week, But during this time because network problems, so we can not charge any fees, I try to contact their company,Their staff informed me that I can wait and pay the payment when I get their apology letter, But they sent delay fees to me later, I try to communicate with them, but their attitude is very poor, and told me that their company, including employees without any problems, the bill does not have any problems, I have to pay , we communicate a lot of times, The whole thing down, I take the initiative to contact many times, they will never reply to your phone, they will not solve your problem,Do not care about the customer experience, do not respect the customer, will always said to you pay payment.
