The internet is weak af!! My internet is down for 3 days and I’m tired of calling them they always said tomorrow but never show up! Why tf I’m paying almost 700 kr for? You customer service is the worst too.

You get 30-50% of the speed you pay for (even on a wired connection), and the connection will go down at least once a week :)
Since our borettslag changed internet provider to Homenet we experience internet dropping (internet unavailability) several times a day. All our neighbours report the same plus additional coverage and speed problems. When taking this up with HomeNet customer support they say it is \our fault\ because we have too many internet connected devices. It is very simple, we had exactly the same devices before, when we had Get as a provider and everything worked perfectly fine: no internet drops, good coverage, good speed. Attached a speed test done on Homenet (fiber powered 1000MB/s) wifi connection. Just to be clear, we tested with an iphone 11 pro and it was max 2m away from the router provided and installed by Homenet. In Homenets case, the saying applies perfectly: \what you pay is what you get\. So, think twice before you switch to a cheaper internet provider, there is always a catch!
This company gave our line to our newly moved in neighbor and cancelled us without permission and without ever speaking to us about it. After an hour on the phone we managed to sort it out and we got told that a technician will come. After waiting some hours I called and they told me that a technician will come but not today. They don't know when someone will arrive to fix their mistake. I understand that due to the circumstances there's not a lot of technicians but that applies to us as well who now need to work from home and study with no internet.
First they activate the internet AFTER the regret time is over. The internet speed is so limited, so if they tell you that you get unlimited megabits it's just because the speed is too slow. You can't use more than one device at the same time because it's too slow, for example if you're paying for Netflix in 4k, you cant have that because the net is too slow even if you're using one device. They promised me with a speed between I and 7 mbps but when you download something, you don't reach 1 mbps AT ALL and I'm paying 449 kr every month. They just want you to be stuck in the contract, and if you ask for improvement, they dont answer. Even if they answer. You will get to talk with someone who has no authority to do ANYTHING, just a guy behind the desk waiting for his paycheck at the end of the month. So yeah ... this is homenet
The internet has been down for 3 days And we called them to get it fixed but the lady on the phone told us she was gonna send someone over and since I’m in school I have to do homework and now that everyone in Norway is in quarantine I can’t go to school or outside so I basically have to sit inside and do nothing no internet. Useless company tbh
Terrible incompetent organization! Internet has been out for a week! They can't seem to figure what the problem is... not to mention they still cant get my invoices right... absolutely ridiculous! Avoid them if at all possible!
The name of this network should be TomorrowNet AS. They always says tomorrow for any service we need and everybody knows never comes tomorrow. I wish I could give 0 or even minus rating. This is kind of cheater or fraud company. I just amazed this types of company still exists in Norway. Dont even think to install this internet. Go to hell Homenet.
