I'm not going to go into detail of why I give them 1 star. let's just say that I actually went into the process of changing the Internet provider for the whole apartment building to get rid of Lynet. It was a long and hard process, but it was totally worth it. Now we have half price, more speed, stable internet and good service.

Had this internet for couple of years. Wasn't working steady, all the time ups and downs on the connection. Cancelled subscription 4monrh ago, but because of late notice of 4 days I had to pay for internet which I didn't use... But that's not it, last week I got a factura for late payment for August 0.75kr and October 1.25kr and instead of sending me email, which they have, they send me paper factura for 35kr. So total of 37kr... That's not much but it's so unprofessional and I think it's some kind of they's mistake so take money from ex clients... Very disappointed in this...

Superb speed (1000/1000) and stability for the last 6 years. Very reasonable pricing at some addresses. Speedtest measures 900MBit.

I've been a customer for 2 years. The internet was down only a few times and one of those cases happened because a cable was damaged by construction workers. It was fixed within a day. I only talked to the support once after connecting for the first time and they responded very quickly and helped me understand my issue. And if course the connection speed is great. It's limited by my router's capacity only.

Ok. I got some NOK70 fine for not paying in time my invoice in time. Which is kinda weird as I payd it 2 days after I got actual invoice. This is second time in the row I have to do it. It looks like Arvato is trying to trick their users, but I don't care. I don't want to pay extra to those greedy armholes. I'm opt out. Bye bye Lynet!

It is never 100 mbps as promised, it could reach in the 90 mbps at its peak even with ethernet cable plugged in directly, but it is usually unstable and varies from 7 - 88 Mbps when testing download speeds, and it has even gone lower than that. This company reminds me of a burger shop monopoly, where if you went to them daily to eat, they will sometimes gives you 1/5th of a burger at the same price and expect customer satisfaction. That topped with customer service that will either respond at their leisure, or not respond and mark a situation they don't like, or can't handle as resolved before doing anything... has really shown extreme poor quality. That combined with web design that mimics the quality of angelfire.com from the 90's, has convinced be that all the ratings above 1 or 2 stars are fabricated reviews. Well... I just received news \today\ that Lynet is being changed to a different provider at my SiO building... which I am guessing means after Covid-19, there has been low tolerance by the government to continue to support the unacceptable service. RIP Lynet.
