I would like to give Norwegian zero stars but apparently that isn't an option. Norwegian cancelled our April flight to Paris due to the pandemic, and refunded my credit card in May. Unfortunately, I no longer have an account with that bank, and they sent the money BACK to Norwegian in June. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to email and call (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER), have emailed them the bank letter, and NOTHING. I have heard nothing in the 2 1/2 months since I emailed the letter. I am literally despairing that I will never get my money back (almost 6000!!), and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do. DO NOT BOOK WITH NORWEGIAN.

Once a premier low cost airline without unpleasant surprises. Now you have to whip out a 75 if you have just a gram more than 10kg in hand luggage combined. I haven't experience this yet, but the stories that I've heard about disgusts me.

Norwegian Airlines is the worst. They cancelled our flight to NY without any notice. We ran all over Oslo airport trying to find any answer to finally see this mess of people. Everyone is outraged!

Run from using this company. Absolutely the most despicable customer service of any company I've had the displeasure to have to deal with. I had to cancel my vacation using their airline due to a life-threatening heart condition and they would not refund my ticket. They intentionally make it overly difficult to even reach somebody to talk about situation such as this. Every negative review on this site is accurate.

Absolute horrible airline. Very strict with baggage and they do not inform you until you are at the gate. I checked in 1 bag which cost me 1,500 NOK. and at the gate they made me check my carry on luggage. Which was another 1,500 NOK. Over 3,000 total. The baggage cost more than the airline ticket did. Complete joke and will never fly again, I highly recommend SAS airlines.

As a Norwegian citizen I want to apologize for the existence of this airline. It is a national embarrassment and should not be allowed to operate under the name \Norwegian\. This airline, with its unprofessional management, virtually non-existent customer service and mostly impolite staff is giving Norway a bad name all over the world. It is not a national carrier, but run by people who are the antithesis of everything we Norwegians are proud of. If you are a victim of this airline, I want to apologize on behalf of all decent Norwegians.

I believe Norwegian Airlines have a new way of allowing boarding on planes based on their skin color. Recently i have been denied boarding on flight London - Copenhagen, as they said i was 2 mins too late, yes right 2 mins. 1. Even though the flight was delayed by 45 mins, 2. Even though i did not had any checkin luggage, 3. Even though they were allowing other passengers to drop off luggage for the same flight and 4. Even though i was unable to web check in as the airlines had technical issues. And the reason i hear is, ohh because you did not booked flight directly with Norwegian. Beware guys this is the new face and new policy of Norwegian Airlines. CHECK YOUR SKIN COLOR before you book your flights with Norwegian.

Terrible airline... They cancelled our flight, then entered my last name incorrectly when re-booking. When we arrived at the airport, they would not let me on the flight due to incorrect name. Staff were rude with a complete lack of empathy when we calmly explained this. We even asked them to cancel my reservation and re-sell my ticket back to me (i.e. I'd be paying twice)... and they were still unable to sell a standby ticket. Even when we contacted customer support regarding this, they just provided a generic response that their booking system is unable correct names (even though they had in fact changed it previously) and that they can't sell standby tickets. Rather than apologizing for their broken booking system, they should be vowing to fix it! This illustrates that the same problem will occur for other passengers and Norwegian is doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Anyone considering Norwegian, look elsewhere.
