Great selection, even when it comes to movies, which is something a lot of Elkjøps don't have
I pre-ordered coffee machine. First they offered me already opened and used coffee machine, with old box. I refused that and after 7 days they delivered me unopened new coffee machine.. personell are very kind and proffesional. My problem was that, that it takes two days I had to come to El Kjøp.. time is expensive ressurs..
Well stocked and average clients
As good as Elkjøp gets. The selection here is pretty good - various electronics and home appliances. Prices are on par with other stores. Service is pretty good: helpful sales personnel. But I've had some troubles with Elkløp generally when handling returns and warranty claims, and I tend not to trust the chain when buying expensive electronics.

I had the most frustrating experience with them. 4 days in raw lost to find a solution for the problem with the sound. The laptop that I paid 12000nok for, crashed after 5 monthes. The service senter has the most slow motion system. They watch each ither waving the shoulders not being competent to find what is the solution. The laptop came with an extra adaptor (the only way to connect a USB/VGA or HDMI item). When I test it, USB didnt function on minepinne. They decided to explaine that they could see coffee inside and that I am to pay for repairing if they send it (2 weeks time repairing for a connector which generally they should replace it). They didn't succeed to order inn after 4 days and they came with this explanation that they found coffee. Only excuses. To repair the laptop they gave me 1 month time. As my work is depending on that computer, imagine so much loss economically to move all the document, projects, video to a borrowed PC then back after 1 month.Plus the opposite the work done in the borrowed PC during one month back. They dare to say that they make me a favour to back up to the new PC. If they will sell quality products, they will not need to \make me this favour\ after just 5 months. So, if you have the opportunity, avoid buying here! The person working in the bytter, retur was also extremelly unpolite.
