I hired car from Enterprise at Oslo Airport for ski trip in Feb 2020. Very satisfied with excellent professional service. They are based in departure terminal and it took 10 mins to collect the keys (after paper work), there was no pestering to buy additional insurance as most hire companies do. The car was excellent condition and a latest model. I booked in advance and got a great price about 30euros/day with unlimited mileage. We were delayed by 1 hour on return but they were cool with it. Highly recommend
For the first time we rented a car from Enterprise for our ski trip in Feb. We booked a Golf Variant and got a full option Opel SUV which was nice. It was a little search to find them, because they are not situated at the place where all the other car rental companies are, but in the depature terminal. Collecting and dropping off the keys was done in less than 10 minutes. Overall very satisfied and will probably book again at Enterprise.
We were at Norway and we used Enterprise rent a car company for our 8 days trip. It is easy to find Enterprise desk when you left arrival section. All employees are very kind and they gave us all the information we needed. The car was practically new, with only 2000km and we had no problems. The only thing that did not match with the reservation was manual/automatic transmission, but that was no problem for me. Great experience overall.
It looks like they really changed the operating company because their current service is really top. Booked a car in Feb 2020. Instead of VW Golf I've got new Citroen C4 Cactus which is much better. No extra payments. Very quick support via email. Very quick collection and drop-off. There was just one issue - after drop off they charged me extra 150NOK because they said I've returned the car with 7/8 fuel. Though I've tanked it full right before the airport, I claimed and they returned me this money at the same day. So finally everything was just great.
Poor customer service, we can’t expect much when they put kids with no knowledge working there. We have been informed that we would pay one price and after we have paid another. I wish I could read the reviews before. NEVER AGAIN.
At least the location to deliver vehicles here is correct now... Because before there was a random location near the airport in a middle of nowhere... The staff is awful
