This Museum is located in the Apothecary where Henrik Ibsen lived and worked during the latter part of his time in Grimstad. While the museum is not rich with a multitude of artifacts related to Ibsen it still serves as an excellent experience for gaining insight into Ibsen's early life. The tour guide offered context for Ibsen's time in Grimstad and how it related to his career as a writer. The tour guide also offered insightful context related to the time in which Ibsen wrote and how it influenced his writing. If you are interested in Henrik Ibsen then this is a must see Museum.
