When, you arrive here you may find it is like a real scene from the computer says no character from the little Britain comedy show. The initial receptionist was a lovely guy but the tax office administrators are perfectly happy to send you away empty handed. We travelled their for 1hr 30 to register the family, as I work in oslo, after our original appointment was cancelled at the Central Oslo tax office without communication because their was a security guard strike. The tax administrator took a look at the documents from the initial required appointment you have with the police to verify your families identity. Eventually after an extremely confusing exchange the tax administrator noticed the police in Oslo had mistyped the details on all the passports. So I was thinking they have a police office next door this won't be a problem. This nice person will fix this speak to the police next door to fix the issue. Maybe ask us to go next door. This wasn't the case you need to go back to Oslo can't help you. Re-book your appointment online they said. This can take 3 months by the way. So basically we had to go back to Oslo police to fix the mistakes. The admin described my British passport as a 3rd state after the EU whatever that means. The manager was extremely unhelpfull as well and my young child had had enough at this point so we went back to oslo Waisted visit absolutely no help. No support or offering to assist you to book another appointment. It's not the cheapest place to travel and a lot of places would compensate if they made a big error like this. Hopefully they are able to fix the issues in the future as this is an extremely bad practice. Maybe another tax administrator would have had a heart and put in a bit common sense to fix the situation. I'd really like to give my experience 0 out of 5.

Departamento fiscal de Grålum. Dependiendo del personal que te atienda, te irás con mejor o peor sabor de boca. En mi caso fue el segundo. La señorita que nos atendió no fue nada amable y no nos solucionó nada ni se molestó en buscar otras alternativas posibles. Menos mal que luego otra señora nos ayudó a solucionar nuestro problema referente a los impuestos del país, ya que veníamos a trabajar y necesitabamos tener los papeles en regla. Aconsejable ir con cita previa o de lo contrario, corres el riesgo de que no te atiendan. Cuenta con un aseo mixto para el público, aparcamiento externo gratuito y acceso para sillas de ruedas.
