I visited Cafe De 4 Roser on a Saturday afternoon when almost all other cafés seemed to be closed. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised to see a busy yet cosy place. I thought to myself 'so this is where everyone is!'. The staff were super helpful when it came to ordering as there was no menu in English. The food was delicious and the coffee too. If returning to Harstad I would be coming straight here for something.

Great café whether it’s just coffee, lunch, or dinner. Soup, Salads, and sandwiches I have had there were all fantastic. I’ve even eaten there twice in one day it was so good.

Nice place to stop for a coffee or some food. The wall have some nice art work and the staff is helpful. It also offers free WiFi.

I had fish burger, red wine, confectionery cake and coffee in the café downstairs. The food was not super fancy but straightforward honest and very, very delicious. Service was no-nonsense and efficient yet friendly and warm. This is the real thing and in case you're wondering, it is definitely worth the price.
