Absolute Everything

A week soon to deliver a parcel from Sandefjord to Oslo and still waiting, is not the first time when use this service and get disappointed but I give it another try. I can't imagine companies like this still survive on these days market.

I received the message from this company that package was dropped in my post box. I went to collect it straight away and it was nothing there. I contacted customer service straight after and omg, the answer was, that maybe my neighbour picked it up (from my post box, in the private house:). I have 3 neighbours only, the road to the house is private and in this case it is ZERO chance that they could do that! I get paracels delivered at least couple times per week and it NEVER happened to me before with any other delivery company.

I ordered a book from Bodø on 29th of January (I live in Gjøvik), on 30th it was received by Helthjem in Bodø and then no news. The package arrived on 17th of February!!! I received packages within a shorter time from Paris to Gjøvik. Very disappointing. I do not recommend it!

It took 14 days for them to deliver a package that was supposed to arrive in six days. They kept the package in one of the transit zones for like 7 days, and when called they said the package has arrived to the destination even though it was nowhere near. Only then, after being called, they triggered further sending. The package contained food, but after being delivered so late it was destroyed and expired. And it wasn't cheap to begin with. Never again!

I WILL NEVER EVER USED THIS HELHJEM! It was like a SCAM! They gonna send you message they delivered it in front of my door and after i received that message i immediately got outside and NOTHING! NO PACKETS! IMPOSSIBLE THAT MY NEIGHBOR STEAL! I HOPE THEY REMOVED THIS COMPANY! SCAMMER! I never lost any package/packets! ONLY THIS WHEN I USED THIS COURIER! DONT USED THIS! BETTER TO PAY SOME A LITTLE BIT THAN GET SCAMMED!

Never Ever use this service it has been a week and package is still in oslo sent from oslo. if this company still works soon it will be closed so dont take risk.
