Very poor service and not friendly towards customers. If you ask for information, you are being difficult. I strongly suggest going other places. Again today, I have a problem with a Jula product, and no customer service, no understanding of the situation or solution thinking. During the 15 minutes conversation the words I got to hear the most where, my hands are tied. I believe in second chances, but not for Jula. When are companies going to understand that people are willing to pay more for good customer service.
