Awesome swimming and an incredible swim school :-)
If only the opening hours started a bit earlier...
Nice and clean. Huge panoramic windows facing the snow covered hills. Multilingual, helpful staff. There is a pool for lap swimming, a smaller pool with warmer water for playing and relaxing, a tiny shallow pool for the youngest ones, water slides,a jacuzzi and a sauna.
It was good and love it! (I Wanna go there again!)
Went here with my daughter about a week ago and although the price is good i feel the staff lacked a duty of care to the patrons here. We were here for a little over an hour and a half, and there was other families using the facility aswell, it says on the door that it is open until 20:00 however when myself and my daughter went to use the waterslide at 19:30 they switched off the slide. I had both legs in the slide and my 3 year old daughter on my lap and was about to push down the slide when the water went off! We had to get out and walk down the steps again. When we got down the lights were off and the "lifeguard" was in the office counting the cash register, completely oblivious to the fact we were actually there. She didnt once look up from the desk in front of her even though we were talking loudly so she could hear that somebody was there. We decided that it was time to leave. Got showered and dressed and my daughter wanted to buy an ice cream and a bottle of coke before we left and even though it was 19:45 and the counter and cafe seemed to be open, there was nobody there at all to serve us. Stood there for approx 10 mins waiting, calling for staff, but nobody came to us. Eventually we left without buying anything and my daughter was upset as she didnt understand why she couldnt have the ice cream she wanted. All in all the water was lovely, the facilities are lovely but the staff didnt seem bothered at all. Probably wouldnt go back again.
