4 star rating includes in my few instances -how fresh the food taste (new oil vs old) -how warm the food is (warmer is better) Only visited 4-5 times though, results may vary. However the staff working speed is 5 stars in my opinion.
Plenty of allocated parking, but make sure you are actually in Burger King car park or you may get a ticket, a fairly clean and trouble free experience. I do wish they would clean the touch screens in-between customer use, as it is a very high likely hood of passing COVID on through this. However antibacterial soap dispensers are available to use before and after. (If only every one would use them). The food is fine and what you would expect. It has both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Floor was dirty, unable to deliver as requested. Below usual Burger King standard. It's only fast food, but restaurant must be clean.

Honestly bad service, no one is smiling tried the drive thru a basically got the food \dropped\ at me by a non smiling employee, tried in-store got the same treatment there, when I bought dip instead of giving it they pushed it off the counter so I had to pick it up, food was average, had much better BK food, would not recommend this place
