This is most likely the most famous grocery store in the region of Troms. Eide Handel AS is a family own business where you can find some of the most exquisite products. As people in Tromsø say when you can't find an item: "Have you looked in Eide Handel?" The have cafeteria, butcher and fish monger which is not ease to find arround here either!

Worth yo visit if you want to find something local and very good quality
They have a lot more variety than what you can find elsewhere in Tromsø. There are a lot of high quality and specialty items, but they still cover all the basics as well. Great selection of jams and cheeses, amongst others. Definitely worth a visit!
Something similar like in Latvia Sky shop. Realy big choice and fresh food and meet. Super good shop!
One of the few independent grocery stores left in this area. It's family owned and has lots of fresh produce and local fish/meat. Worth the trip!
In my humble opinion the most well presented and lovely grocery store and so much more in Norway. Want beautifully presented fresh fish. Easy. Gorgeous meats and local reindeer products? No problem. Prepared food is delicious, beer selection excellent and they even have a darn good section of fishing tackle. I love going here and always do when we visit my wife's family in Tromsø. Highly recommended.
Quite frankly, this store has a lot to offer with the fact that it has a fresh food counter, cafe and groceries, all in one store. Unfortunately, it's a little too expensive for big action, but for small things it's great!
