Great service, super friendly staff and an amazing selection of excellent products. They have several cheeses they make, at least one is a medallist. I tried the raspberry cheesecake. I wish I had bought a whole cake and brought it home.

Great atmosphere. Hand picked local favorites from the shop and a newly renovated lunch site with the best view of Lesja. By far the best stop at E39

Great food from local ingredients

Cozy restaurant with a panoramic view, offering great sandwiches and pizza. They use ingredients produced locally, which gives a really tasty and unique experience. The restaurant is in connection to a old fashioned store, offering local products such as cheese, meat, sauses and even beer. Well worth a visit when visiting or traveling through Lesja. For even more culture, check out Bygdatunet close by.

Lots of local food.

Old fashioned deli selling local produce and some produce from other small artisan companies from southern Norway. Cheeses, cured meats, teas, coffees, flour, candies. Worth a quick stop. Unknown if they also sell sandwiches (I think they should make on order using their super cheeses and meats).

A place to stop by for lovers of food and ingredients to make your own dishes. Staff is always helpful and polite. Do try their baked goods and ice cream while you are shopping for sauces, spices, tea and more.
