I had the feeling that when they helped us they had actually no Time to help us. It was better to stand at the register and observe the customer. We bought an electronic device,but at home somebody bought us the same device. So we wanted to return it, but they said they don't take in electronic devices was is bought at the shop. Nothing of that was written of the receipt or near the register. Even nothing in the shop. But maybe they will make an exception and give us an cheque of the same value so we can use it in the shop. No thanks and it was the last time to buy something at that store. Customer service is not the priority at this shop.

Når ingen av de to ansatte gidder hjelpe, når vi er alene som kunder i butikken, så ble kjøpet av barnesete gjennomført ett helt annet sted! Sørgelig service!!!!
Flinke folk og god hjelp å få! De har både klær, leker og utstyr - vogner og bilstoler.
Veldig fin og stor butikk! Her finner du det du ser etter - om ikke, så er du for sær..

Har vært innom 2 ganger nå , kjempeservice og veldig hyggelig betjening. Hit skal jeg flere ganger. .
Super service. Utrolig utvalg. Alt man trenger til baby og mye mer. Må bare innom når jeg er i byen.
