Never use them again - they are lying by claiming delivering of package, but nobody was at work so how could they deliver it? Due to strike among security and Corvid-19 restrictions, there were no persons to receive it. They didn't even tried to phone us. Also the TNT person made a false signature (drawing a line) and stated that it was delivered to \v.vakt\. Would have given zero stars if possible.

I booked my consignment for pickup with TNT Express, unfortunately the driver never came for pickup at my home. This service is hopelessly pathetic. When I called the office, they informed me that drivers don't have work phone and they will not call and inform before coming. This is height of unprofessional response from TNT. A lot of inconvenience to the customers. This TNT Express, Norway doesn't deserve even one star. Please shut down your company, rather than causing inconvenience to people.
-Are you willing to transfer goods after 14 days even if you are 'express'? -Yes -Are you willing to lie or be rude to your customers explaining them that once they paid for this service in advance is kind of their fault? -Yes -WELCOME TO TNT

I paid for an express delivery that comes door by door, 1-2 days, istead it took 10 days to come by post in the end, because they said they have only one attempt to deliver, and I was not home. But I am staying home all the days wth the quarantine. Very strange. Not even a note somewhere.
Worst service ever. You paid express delivery and it comes by posten after several days. They don't say in the beginning that. I don't even think they have actual delivery vehicles.

Worst company ever. I payed for the express delivery from Greece to Norway, it arrived in one day in Norway, and then they were saying everyday an excuse in order not to bring the package. I'm still waiting and I really don't know why this company still exists,wirh this terrible service.
