When leaving the main road to go to Lindesnes fyr, I recommend you do that at Vigeland (the road to the light house is clearly marked with a light house in the roundabout). This route is vey scenic as you drive a long the water, while the other way that take you trough Lyngør was soo long and boring. A free coffee or tea in the coffee shop is included in the coffee shop. There was plenty of free parking available, however I was there outside the main tourist season. The light house is very well kept, and we can climb to the top and enjoy a beautiful view over the ocean and archipelago. I can recommend a visit to this light house at the most southern point if Norway if you are in the area. Generally in Norway I used not to pay for ature attractions\, so I was surprised due to its cost 120 NOK to enter the area. Oh yes, I got one cup of coffee for that price... BUT the rest of the visit was perfect; beautiful view, ocean, exhibition \in the cave\, nice people and service.

It was absolutely amazing! There were many people there though so one might consider going there when there are not many people around considering the corona issue. Definitely recommend this place.
A \must\ to be visited at the southern Norway.
Very nice and pretty place to go. The cafe there was pricey, but most cafes at museums are.
Spectacular view to the sea. Kids loved the bunker tunnels under the lighthouse. Be prepared windproof clothes.
Southern end of Norway. Buy tickets inside, it is 80 kr./person. So you can see nice views and history of this place and MS Palatia.
Nice and beautiful place... Windy and refreshing experience. First built in 1656. North Sea (Atlantic Ocean)
Gorgeous views and a really neat stop all together. Worth dropping by if you are near the southern coast.
