Very nice mega grocery store. Convenient location in veskanten store center and connected to bus by loddefjord terminal. You can buy almost anything from food, cloth, utensils to flowers and many more in this market. The price in coop obs are really good.

This is a very large grocery store quite similar to a Walmart in the US. The store itself sells a large amount of different products from food to clothing, hobby related things and electronics. Coop has better prices than Meny which is on the other side of the mall but they also doesn't have as large variation in products as them. Meny tends to have much more interesting groceries, fresher produce, imported snacks and drinks and much more. The store itself is clean and organized, but I personally I think the whole store is a bit too large and has too many different products on sale. Electronics, clothes, plants, toys, glassware and more take up a lot of room. They've also intentionally put all the groceries at the very back of the store which forces you to walk long distances to buy what you really need. If you forget to buy something you rarely bother to go back in because of how far you have to walk. For the handicapped, children or the elderly this is a really big issue.
