The location of the Hotel is very nice and close to the Ski resort. Room was not so clean. Even in the “covid times”. I even found a shirt by the curtains. Old furniture. No kettle or fridge in the room. So looking from these points I would say the price for room is overpriced. Breakfast was served to all the guests the same. We had to book time. When I did, I actually wrote them that I don’t eat meat so was hoping for buffet or some beans. Didn’t get any response to that and got what everyone gets. But SPA appointment with «romantisk flukt» package for couple was amazing. Very professional and welcoming. If I could rate it separately I would give 5 stars for that. SPA area on 7th floor was nice as well. Good that it was reduced capacity because of covid - wasn’t crowded, it is quite small area for the size of hotel.
Absolutely fantastic place, the cabin has a great view towards the skipark, it's super child friendly and well run. Only drawback is for ppl with electric cars (no reprimands for those hogging the chargers). Could have liked evening skipark for Sat-Sun, but understand that is perhaps a capacity-issue. Fully recommend people to go there, it's pretty magical
Interior is old, worn out. Furniture with holes, and rooms spa badly cleaned. It needs a fresh paint job and a proper cleaning. In this sense the rooms are over priced. Food is fine.. but nothing talking about. Good location.
it's the most magical hotel which I even been and I could totally relax, enjoy every single hour, be happy, try delicious food, explore amazing atmosphere. its just paradise on earth. I recommend to everyone, especially who wants escape and stop the time for a moment. I am grateful and thankful I can give massages at such a wonderful place, you are my inspiration, my dream job, my second home. Its just a pleasure to be around so amazing people. You take care of all details and make people smiling. Thank you for being part of the hotel life.

Great for a skiing mini break. Nice accommodation. Spa facilities small (for size of complex) but very nice. Prices high for drinks. Food good. Service could be improved...
