Pizza is VERY GOOD. Service is very friendly and tries its best, but sounds a bit overloaded. Best to handle directly at the counter. Fantastic location. Good choise of beers.

Fantastic terrace just above the water. Choice of pizzas, burgers and fish and chips. Could be better with a couple of healthier options in the menu

Great food, an okay location, a bit expensive. Be prepared for loud and stressed conditions. The restaurant is mostly full of families with crying and screaming children, and the staff are stressed people who speaks loudly and don't even smile at you. The kitchen is as loud as the families.

Nice cafeteria at Oscarsborg fortress. Menu consists of pasta dishes, burgers, fish, pizza and more. Several types of drinks, including beer and sodas. Nice food, but not all that cheap.

They serve good food to affordable prices. The scenery is great, and the location are tied to an historical place, that has history dating back to the 17th century. The serving of their pizza might take some time, I speculate that it might have something to do with their oven capacity. You can travel there by thr ferry, or you can loan a boat and park it on the docks that are right next to the restaurant. I found the working personnel nice and helpfull. The ones I saw/heard were not native norwegians, but they understood the language fine. They were excellent english speakers, and helped choosing the meal. The meny was varied and were both enticing for vegans as to the regular joe. If you are visiting the island I would recomend eating here.
