My favourite store for guitar related stuff! Nice and service-minded personnel with a lot of knowledge and experience that have helped me out several times in the past. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied with my new telecaster performer and the professional set up of the guitar! Nice, friendly and qualified staff

Excellent service. Went to get my guitar replaced several times because of the same issue, but the guy I was talking to never lost his patience and even gave us a free guitar wall mount. Would definitely recommend. Very dedicated and nice staff. One of the coolest places in Norway.

This was one of the best shopping experience I have had in Norway! It took 7-8 minutes to wait for the sale representative but once he came he was incredibly helpful. I am a complete newbie in guitar so he tried to explain me how amps work, we tried 3-4 amps to help me choose the best one for my budget. The worst thing? I think I will have to go back to buy more stuff :)

The store is big and the choice is large, it is well located. I think they just lack customer-friendliness which is a big turn-off, I do not know if they have this poor attitude (no smile, no particular interest in the customer needs or music interests,...) due to them being the biggest music store in the area. I came for an issue with my guitar and I am sure they will do the work properly but then once that was delivered I asked for straplocks for the guitar, answer form the personnel : you can find them at the check out area (no further explanation on which type they recommend,...). Customer friendliness : Definitely a strong improvement point! I am also looking at buying a new amp, but I will look elsewhere. Update : I went back and I was helped by knowledgeable staff, the customer-friendly issue might depend on the personnel and the business of the store. Today I had a knowledgeable person to talk to and more customer friendly than the other guy from last time! :)

worst music shop on earth. I know 12 year olds with more musical knowledge than your entire staff combined. Sarcastic, rude and pompous people who don't even have the first clue about what they are selling. Jokers. And the icing on the cake is that they wouldn't even take my cash, and told me to go and buy on the internet instead. Way to support local business yeah! Tell your customers to go on the internet because you are busy looking at your iphone and got no time to SNAKKER MED KUNDE! . Burn the place down and build another kebab shop I say.

Great selection of guitars and amps. Friendly staff who allowed my son to try an Epiphone Les Paul through and Orange amp.
