I needed to pick up a parcel and came to the store 16.50 (opening hours was until 17.00) the guy in the store was cleaning the floors and refused to open. Another customer came and she said that she had been there 16.30 to withdraw money and he had already locked the doors so he could go home earlier than the opening hours. Totally unacceptable and I will never buy anything there again or order parcels to this pick up point. I was also told I should stop making trouble when I asked him to just give me my parcel. Ridiculous!

Strålende service, her gir dem mye for at du skal ha en trivelig tid. Døgnåpent er det og midt i oslo, kansje litt dyrt men slik er det på slike steder. Ansatte fortjener ros for å være så serviceinnstilte.
