I called because i found an injured bird. They wanted to put the animal down immediately because they don't know how to treat birds. A bit disappointing, so i did not take the bird there after all. I had better experience with AniCura before.

Horrible communication between personnel, one day they say one thing, the next time other thing. Absolutely no care for pets. They care only how to charge you for more. Never coming back
Extremely expensive. They even let you pay if you send your analisys by the insurance. Insurance didn't cover anything even if I brought my cat for weight loss. This is just ridiculous. I highly not recommend.

Reception skill are appalling, they never return your calls, misquote you on prices, and extremely over PRICED at that!! My cat was having teeth extracted and they FORGOT to call me on his progress and when k could collect him If they can't even efficiently do the above tasks, what kind of a crappy / half assed job are they doing with pets ?!? Completely do not trust this vets, INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL and unbelievably dissatisfied. Don't waste your TIME. Seriously, f*** this place

Only took a star off for the very small waiting room. When there are 4-5 sick/angry dogs crowded in there it can get a bit hectic!
