Great service and polite person at the counter. Positive experience

I have booked a car online. When I arrived at the office, there was only 1 man in the queue in front of me (Wednesday, 10:00 AM). The staff at the counter was kind and gave all needed information (agreement conditions, what to do in emergency, where to drop a car etc.). I also bought an extra insurance for the car and added an extra driver - there was no issues at all. I spent about 20 minutes at the counter before got a car. Car condition was good, as we got new Citroen Cactus with 10k on odometer.

Poor customer service, no logic expected and unnecessary apologies by employees People are hired to follow instructions , take salary. Not logical employees who either help the customer or company to make any improvements
Slow-moving check- in process, waited almost an hour in line to get our prebooked, prepaid car. Additional staff was walking around in the background not helping out with the ever growing line of people. Find some other place to rent your car.
Prepaid the car for 1 week. Got charged 1000kr more on arrival for extra costs they \forgot\ to mention. Horrible late service.
Worst Avis I ever been to. The “upgrade” even if your president club was awful, asked for better and they refused. No serviceminded people at all there.
Rented a car here twice, and there is always something to complain about. Here is some of the reasons I won't rent her again: 1: No customer parking. Rented a bigger car than my own, no place to leave my car. Never happened at any rental place before. The parking spots they recommended was illegal to park on. 2: It takes a long time to get the car. All pers. Info that even was in the confirmation e-mail from Avis had to be repeated. 3: Both times the cars had \oil change and service past due\ blinking and was missing wiper fluid. 4: Return is a nightmare. They don't accept return during closing ours. And even when they are open you can't just go in an leave the keys like anywhere else in the world. They need to check the car with you. So if it's busy you need to wait a long time. Especially since it takes so long for everyone to get their car. And the fact that it's usually 1-2 people working, and it's the same people check out our and in cars. I waited an hour both times. The staff is friendly but they are overworked and understaffed.
