Practiced there some time ago, did not like the rude military style of a lady instructor of Southern American , Hispanic background. There are better studios in Oslo.REPLY TO OWNER; NO , I AM CERTAIN I HAVE THE RIGHT STUDIO AND THE INSTRUCTOR WAS THERE IN SUMMER OF 2016!
Wonderful and very welcoming studio run by a very professional and knowledgeable team who clearly are very passionate about what they do. Great range of classes too. Love it here!
One of the best hot yoga studios I’ve experienced in my 15 years of hot yoga practice. Good space and mix of people of all ages. Excellent air quality and heat. Teachers were very knowledgeable and professional. Try classes by the owner Resh
