I understand first-hand how it is to work a retail job, but wow.. I came in to the shop in the basement level to be "greeted" by a grumpy older man being visibly disappointed that he had to come back inside the shop to provide me service, instead of standing on the sidewalk in front of it. I showed him the item that I wanted on the shop's website on my phone. He merely glanced the screen and went behind the counter to get it and put it near the cash register. Without uttering a single word the entire time!! I'm all up for a quick and straightforward service, but this is not it!! No "hello", no "can I help you with anything else" or "thank you", or "goodbye". What kind of service is that? I was thinking of asking for advice for some additional equipment, but in the end I just wanted to pay for my one item and get out. Atrocious and disrespectful treatment of customers. A terrible, awkward experience overall. This wasn't my first time going to this store (and getting this kind of "service"), but it will definitely be the last.

Required passport pictures for India. Service was fast and was charged 250 NOK for 2 photos. Not a photo booth. Recommended :)
Came here to get some passport pictures. As other opinions point out, staff is not respectful (referring to a 50 year old white man in the basement level). You pay them money for work they do not feel like doing with angry answers and unpolite manners, such as throwing the pictures to the counter instead of leaving them or answering rudely when you tell him the passport photo rules in your country. Also ironic pseudo-humoristic comments, such as "you look pretty already". Certainly, everyone can have a bad day, but that much rudeness in 6 minutes shows only hate against the job or the clients, which incapacitates for sales. Won't come back even if it was the last shop on the Earth.
Went for indian passport for infants charged 300 nok for two photos. On the phone i was informed 299 for 4 photos. Additional 2 photo are charged 99nok
Good quality service, these people know their equipment! Can do good passport photos in less than 10 minutes, no matter which country you need for. (Not a booth)

Not too crowded on most days. The service is quick and friendly. Decent prices on camera gear and the personnel is very proficient. The gear I have been most happy with have been bought on their recommendations.
