Very good service and treatment. Have been working with Gunnar Østby and Lukas Wozniak on a shoulder and back problem from playing the violin which has improved very quickly. I have been going through the 12 session program with Lukas working systematically through the entire body which has improved my posture, flexibility and increased awareness of how to use my body in the best way.
Been going to Lukas Wozniak for 8 sessions. He looks you over and instantly knows what ails you. His treatment (massage, needles) has been really helpful and my arm is much better than it woz(niak). Would deffo recommend!
