Great store! The clerk was very pleasant and service minded.
Customer care was outstanding. The person helping me took a great deal of time to see what might solve my particular and very idiosyncratic electronic problem. In the end, they couldn't, so he helpfully recommended some additional alternatives. Will happily go back on every occasion I can conjure up.
Extremely DISAPPOINTED. I took my Lenovo, which is new besides having a hardware issue where the screen is partially separating from the back panel because of a fall. I warned them, and it was written in the case file (which they also printed for me) not to close the laptop because this would damage the computer further. They couldn't find the parts to repair the computer, but they also IGNORED my warning and the screen is now fully separated from the back panel. On top of that, they ARGUED WITH ME when I complained. They said the computer had the same damage as before on the grounds of the cost it will take to repair it. I doubt their cost estimate is correct, since even they as \PC repair professionals\ couldn't find the parts. But even if the estimate were correct, it is not the same to use a completely detached screen when you don't have the means to repair it... Broke rule number 1 of fixing something: don't give it back worse than it was. Incompetent and lacking empathy to the customer.

Exceptionally mindful service. Came by to pick up my order for some raspberry pi parts and the clerk noticed I ordered the wrong type of hdmi plug and corrected my order :)

A great shop to buy hardware equipment, decent prices for all sort of computing hardware. Everything from low level arduinos and logic gates to complete personal/business servers. Employees are very welcoming, and help out as much as they can, teaching you in the process of recommending products or how to do things.
