A testing system for covid based on clients waiting outdoors in Norway is not professionalism during the winter season, where temperatures drop way below what’s comfortable.

Dont use them for travel covid test. You will not get results in time before travel, 2 times flight delayed due to them giving false result time and once you inquire why the result didn't come they will say they had a lot of samples to process. Like they are making money on it processing a lot of samples but don't bother giving the customer the required service for those samples. Sample money but money not equal to service. They are just making money out of poor travelers and cant even justify many many many people missing their flights due to dr.dropin pathetic strategy in such cases.

Tried to book a Corona test for travel but received a text one hour before the appointment that the result would only arrive 4 days (!) later because the lab is closed. So amateuristic.

Made an appointment the same day online. Met with a thorough and pleasant doctor that provided great service. Couldn't be more happy with the service and the experience in its form and went from being a curious somewhat skeptic to thinking this is a great service provided when you need help immediately and want it on demand.

I went here after several days of feeling ill. I paid 500 NOK for an appointment. I explained I had diabetes and they took blood and gave me a test kit. I dropped off a sample. I received a call back a while later to say my blood was ok. I asked the Doctor about my blood sugar levels and she said that information doesn’t seem to be here. I asked about test results from the sample and she had no record. She said she would call back but never did. What an unprofessional way to handle a patient. A total waste of time and money. Not recommended.

Easy to book online which shows the expected waiting time meaning you aren't sitting around without knowing when you can see a doctor. Great location, easy to get to by tram. Doctor was excellent in speaking English, a great listener and was very thorough in checking everything before providing a diagnosis.

Endelig fikk jeg satt meg ned for og skrive denne mailen. En uke før jul var jeg syk og oppsøkte doktor drop inn. Nina C. Bryhn, jeg vil takke deg for en fantastisk undersøkelse og behandling Jeg ble også henvist til spesialist som jeg er svert fornøyd med. Jeg har slitt med astma i mange år. Du ga meg nye medisiner som ikke skulle virke med en gang . Etter to dager følte jeg at livet ble helt nytt. Plagene var nesten helt borte , og etter en uke føltes det helt perfekt.
