At agreed pickup time was no one present and I had to wait for almost 30 min. When I called the provided number I was informed that they had to go to the other office in town and that this is simply the way it is. Disappointing experience when picking up my free weekend premium customer car!

Worse experience ever when renting a truck. They allowed me to return the truck by night but then they charged me the maximum amount possible (5 000 NOK) for some damages I was not responsible for. Instead of checking the truck upon opening in the morning they waited until 4:30pm to take some pictures to proove I did maybe 2 or 3 three 5 cm scratches. I had no news for 4 weeks and then I'm charged the maximum amount possible. Run away from this rental agency.
Pessimo. Negozio aperto ma nessuno all'accoglienza. Ore di attesa col rischio di perdere il check in di hotel fatti in altre città e nessun numero di riferimento
