Luxurious transportation that is not exactly cheap, I would certainly safe halv the ticket and take VY!

Fast, comfortable way to get to and from Oslo Airport. You can also buy round-trip tickets. Children under 16 traveling with adults travel free on Flytoget. At Oslo S there is a money changer, FOREX Bank that open early at 7am during weekdays.

Fast and efficient. Staff was super helpful. Please take note of your seat number and departure time. It will come in handy if you are to forget anything. Don't be like me. Fortunately the staff were helpful and found my stuff. They even knew which train it was and where it currently is ! Its great.

Double the price of the NSB trains for what 1 minute difference in time and they tend to leave earlier. But double the price for what? The carriages are much the same and you do t always get a seat on either of the trains in peak times. No extra in paying extra.

Great facility / service! The trains are very expensive; so if time permits, consider taking NSB local trains instead (saves 88nok), as it only takes 3 minutes longer. The Oslo S station is great for checking in for flights though. Even if you are not flying on the same day, you can still check in there. (for the Oslo citizens, go there the night before and check in then instead of the next day at Gardemoen. ..)

I'm surprised Flytoget doesn't know how to handle ice on the rails, being that it's a Norwegian company... Our train was over an hour late due to ice and we were forced to stand in line at the airport (regardless of travel class) to get a voucher in order to reschedule our flights. Of course this was only explained once we were inside the terminal, requiring us to exit the airport, get a voucher, stand in line at SAS, rebook tickets and go through security all over again. I'm taking an uber next time to ensure I get to the airport on time.
