I made a booking for 3 nights and due to Covid 19 I couldn't go. I email them and they say I could book 3 nights until the end of the 2021. On that email i didnt realise they said ill have to do it 7 days prior to my original date, when was impossible to know when we could fly again, when most of the companies didn't know when flying was back again? When a global pandemic made everyone question the future. Anyway, I misread the email and in my head sticked the date of end of 2021. When I tried to rebook my days they were irreducible and they told me they CAN'T DO IT. Possibly that time frame of 1 year and a few months they offer to rebook made it impossible, who knows why?! Summing up, a very bad customer service and very strict way of dealing with paying customers.

As far as serviced apartments goes, this is not only one of the least serviced places we've ever stayed at, but also one of the worst all around. First of all, Forenom expects you to cross Oslo and find their only office to collect the keys there, which is anything but convenient. Secondly, when we arrived at their office, we found out that they'd moved us to a different apartment in a different part of the city. Apparently they had emailed us about, on the day of our stay (during which time we were on an airplane). In the end, they moved us to an apartment close to the original location, but neglected to mention the building was having construction work done, which started at 06:00. Once we finally figured out where the apartment was and how to get into it, we were met by a sticky stain in front of the door. The apartment itself didn't seem to be properly cleaned, as there was hair and other nasty stuff left over from some previous tenants. The location and size was about the only good thing about this place, as the king size bed we expected (which the other apartment was supposed to have) was two 80cm singles pushed together. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and like most of the furniture in this apartment, they were from IKEA. I also had to fix the TV in the apartment, as some previous tenant had unplugged cables and I wish I could invoice Forenom for the serviced provided. TLDR, don't stay with Forenom, as you won't get what you booked.

The apartments are well situated yet unclean. Hair everywhere. And the check-in process makes no sense. Only an hour before arrival will they give you the code for retrieving the keys. Nothing is marked well and they desperately need someone to assist them in writing their instructions and directions more clearly

Bathroom needs a towel rack and complimentary shampoo and gel. Twin beds are way too narrow (they are in the attic, limited space). Our booking was for 4 people and two nights; however, there were towels and sheets just for two persons (!). I wrote to Forenom in order to get this fixed for our second night: no answer, no solution. How disappointing was that. I've been at Forenom apartments before, in Oslo and Helsinki, and I'm sure they know how to do it better. Next visit I will stay somewhere else place.

This place is a scam and is a case of police, each time we want to entry in apartment we need to ask the code of the building by phone and stay several minutes undercharge,in one of the most expensive countries in the world, until the wi-fi password we have to ask for it over the phone. I hope that the airline company will take measures to ban these apartments from its offer of hotels for booking, and will not continue to be associated with this contentious police case and that all those who have already been injured will be compensated for all the extra expenses they had.

Terrible management. We spent 45 minutes looking to our appartment. No one informed us that the appartment is after the fire exit, more like hidden. We had no way of calling the management company cause of not having a local number. Finally a neighbor let us borrow his phone to make a call. On checking out, we were instructed to simply leave the key on the kitchen table and we did...the lady kept calling me to confirm if I actually left the keys cause they could not find it. Horrible experience from picking up the keys from one location to checking out. The main electric panels keep tripping cause of not conducting enough power..at one point there were fire sparks coming out of electric outlet next to bed. I had to take the lamps completely out of electric outlets. My kids were scared that they will get electrocuted. Basically they all had to sleep in the living room and we had a room with no lights during our stay.

The forenom office is hard to find. Once there they ask you to go somewhere else to gather the keys of the apartment. Of course the apartment is somewhere else... In our case we found the apartment completely sealed from inside due to building renovation. With 30 in the city this made our apartment unliveable at all. When we came back to complain and asked for a confrontation with the supervisor, nobody answered. Bad.
