I stayed at Skovveien 8, which is a GREAT location. The neighbourhood is so nice. The apartment was good enough, it's quite basic, but has everything you need for a longer stay. I stayed for 10 days and found it comfortable. One weird thing is that they 1. don't offer a change of towels for a 10 day stay, or 2. supply more toilet paper, or enough toilet paper for a 10 day stay. Other than that, late night check in without any present staff worked flawlessly, there are laundry facilities in the house, and it feels priced right for what you get.

Full disclosure, I never got a chance to stay at their apartment, because the country shut its borders due to the COVID pandemic. I am writing a review because the company refused to provide a refund for my reservation, which just goes to show what kind of company they are. There are plenty of other places to stay in Oslo that value people over profit. Protect yourself by staying elsewhere.
I didn't get to stay here, but I had an issue with my travel arrangements and they were very flexible with their cancellation policies. Highly recommend for that level of customer service alone.
Very impressed with our stay at FHS. We stayed in Skovveien 8. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but the apartment was great and exceeded our expectations! Very clean, modern, and enough equipment for our stay. Would definitely stay here again, and would also recommend to others.
I have stayed 7 times in 3 different FHA in two years, and they have impressed on all encounters. The rooms are always clean, almost immaculate one could say. Housekeeping is done at the end of the hotel stay (but daily cleaning can be requested for a charge). This I love. I don’t have to worry about someone tapping on my door everyday announcing room service. My Type B personality deeply appreciates this. Great location to great restaurants, shopping centers, various attractions and a “short” walk to Sentrum. Public transport to several places is available every few minutes. To summarize - FHA are cheaper, cleaner and a good stay for whomsoever. They fare better than most of the chain hotels in this city.
Clean and well located apartment. Tram stop and supermarkets by the corner. Many nice restaurants around. Easy self check-in, plus the customer service is located in the same building. In my case the kitchen was too small, enough equipped. The shower small and the floor is always wet, the shower doors are not the best. Laundry is shared service.
We stayed at Frogner in December 2017. We were absolutely satisfied with the gorgeous apartment. We arrived a little bit too early , but they managed to check us in before. We had everything we need and the WiFi was really good. The check out was totally uncomplicated and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much.
Nice place. Room was very clean. The place is well located and equipped.
