How can I express my feelings? I've been suffering chronic back pain for 4.5 years. I am very precise about that because my pain is reminded me every second of my life till I met Vigdis. She is a highly skilled and professional physiotherapist. She planned a combination treatment of physio and acupuncture that I highly recommend who suffers any kind of pain. (Back, neck..) She can do miracles on you with her magic hands and her needles. Her warm personality and her beautiful collection of classical music makes you relaxed all the time. I will be always grateful. First of all, the clinic itself is very clean and tidy and there is always classical music playing at the background which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Vigdis treats you with gentle care with a combination of physiotherapy and acupuncture (if you are up for it). In my case, the combination of treatments really helped with my lower back pain even after a few sessions with her. During the treatment, she informs you about important points of your treatment as well as making sure that you are comfortable. Finally, she recommended a few follow up exercise for my treatment which I also helped me immensely. I am very glad to be the patient of this clinic as it elevated my quality of life and I would definitely recommend seeing her if you have any back issues!
I would definitely recommend Vigdis for her professionalism and expertise. The balanced mix between physiotherapy and acupuncture works very well for my neck and back pain. And her warmth and great personality make the sessions much more pleasant.
