Fun activity with a stunning look. Only there's no real wardrobe (you're changing in the waiting room that's already hot and full of stem from the sauna). But the staff is amazing!
Honestly you can’t miss the aufguss! It’s such an awesome experience jumping into 2’C water and loving it , and then heating up in the sauna. They say this kind of hot-cold therapy is anti-aging & works wonders to build your immune system & blood circulation. Not that we care , we had way too much doing it in any case. @dienkietoy
Amazing place with a very kind staff. Personal showed us a nice unexpected sauna ceremony. You can try a lot of good smelling fragrant oils. There is only one missing thing - shower, but I recommend to go there and enjoy anyway.
Definitely, the best saunas in Oslo ever . They are super clean and cozy. Perfect place to meet people and being relaxed ️ The personal is so friendly! I’ll be back for sure :)

Wild swimming followed by a sauna is one of my favourite activities and this is the best place in Oslo for that! Love the drop-in concept - you can chill out or enjoy the social vibe, whatever you are in the mood for. 'Aufguss' experience great too. A real part of Scandinavian life - if you've never done this before you must try it!
