Very bad costumer service and invoice system. After we cancelled the subscription (due they charge way more things on invoice than what we used for) they kept sending invoices for the next 3 months. There has been countless phone calls and emails with the support team and they are not abe to solve the problems. Be aware that the cheaper will be expensive at the end. DO NOT recommend this company.

This is the worst service I ever received in my entire life, broker there promises several times We will never use or recommend there services again!!!! We are very disappointed with the service, we ordered an I phone SE seven weeks ago and it haven’t arrived yet, although promised delivery time as we were told at ice customs service is five working day only!!!!

Extremely poor customer service. As a new customer the shipping of the simcard was delayed by the post. I didn't even use the sim card, cause I didn't receive it. Now I received a bill to pay 1,5 months and the customer service said 'I see no reason to remove the bil'. Don't choose Ice, they don't care at all. Not even about keeping their new customers.
