Would strongly recommend NOT seek advice or even consider their product. Idium attempted to design a website for my business. It looked like it took them 10 minutes... Communication, and correction of this poor attempt ended up taking over 2 months and a lot of my valuable time. Despite designing the website for them due to their poor skills, I am now asked to pay 2500kr if I wish to make corrections directly! Very poor across the board and would strongly avoid this company. Seek help from professionals who have an incentive to perform well for you.

Idium AS is a quite an unserious organization that doesn't care much for their customers actual needs and just after their customers money. We did some business with them starting 2 years back, Facebook ads & Google AdWords & Google but it was a terrible experience… Google AdWords had misspelled words and incorrect and misleading Ads. We sadly had to quit business with them since work seems to be just a big joke for their staff, and left with what we could. We had a finalized agreement and the case had been closed. They came back to us half a year later demanding that we pay them or they will bring us to court…Total amount of Kr 38.3k. We paid so far Kr 79.6k without much result. It turns out that they want us to hand over unused Google click budget?? I thought they were kidding. But they were serious. To this day we have no Facebook Ads nor Google that has been done by them. Regardless that they got money for these jobs and 0 hours of work was been executed, they still want to keep this money... It’s very sad, since I did meet some skilled IT technicians there, and was hoping much more than this from them... I would recommend anyone reading this and considering Idium AS for Advertisement to know what has gone on with our case. I would stay away from this company, unless you know exactly what you are in for. Update 08.03.2019 16:00 You know that I have been in contact with you via email quite often these days after you have inkasso us via Lindorff. Not active customer? Because you didn't get enough money from us in the past few months? I have requested a meeting to make this right on 22.02.2019, but Jens E. there has refused this completely. I would suggest that you don't pretend not know whats going on and actually do some fixes here??
